The crowdfunding

From November 2023 to April 2024, people were able to write in and "reserve" share(s) in the crowdfunded rooftop solar installation, in a process called "forhåndstegning". 

Simply put, the process works such that people pay 100 kr per share (200 kr for 2 shares, and so on) to make a reservation, or subscription, which indicates that they would like to buy share(s) if the project gathers enough interest to proceed. We estimated that each share would be around 800-1000 kr. If the project does not gather enough participants, people will get their money back. 

Luckily, we have managed to gather enough interest for the project to happen. In total, 121 people have taken the reservation of 900 shares. 

Meanwhile, we have got offers from different companies for the installation of the solar panels. The board has already decided the company 1KOMMA5° Danmark will carry out the project, and calculated each share will be 900 kr accounting for the cost of installation, insurance and other costs.
